Field Technician, Transmission Line

Hourly rate: $30-35 Responsibilities Assist in submittals, field work packages, compiling as-built data, verifying quantities, field safety and quality inspections. Daily reports in construction management software. Assist with field verifications, inspections, and measurements. Work closely with document control and field personnel to ensure they have latest drawings and installation documents. Assist with cost coding. Review and understand the redline/as-built process. Attend necessary briefings and safety meetings as required. Attain necessary job specific training. Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Mastec’s Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position. Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 2 years of relatable experience - Transmission Line construction Experience within electrical utility construction - preferably transmission line Must be flexible in working in both office and field environment as needed. Must have strong organization skills Must be highly motivated.
