What the day will look like As a Nordic Compliance Support Officer, you will provide daily support to the Nordic Compliance Officer and the broader Nordic Law & Compliance team. You will assist in gathering information, maintaining documentation, preparing analyzes and decision-making materials, and coordinating compliance activities within the Nordics. You will collaborate with colleagues in the Nordic region as well as EMEA, helping ensure that compliance processes run smoothly and are aligned with Aon’s global policies and local regulatory requirements. The position is based in Krakow with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Krakow office. Key Accountabilities Support the execution of compliance initiatives, policies, and routines within the Nordic region. Collect and organize information from the business to support compliance assessments and regulatory reviews. Assist in preparing documents, reports, presentations, and initial analyses for decision making by senior compliance colleagues. Help maintain local compliance frameworks and processes. Coordinate communication with business stakeholders regarding compliance requests and follow-ups. Support activities related to compliance matters, such as Anti-corruption, Anti-money laundering, trade restrictions and conflicts of interest. Assist in preparing materials for regulatory reporting. Skills and experience that will lead to success Your background We believe you have an educational background in law, business administration, compliance, or other relevant fields. Experience from an administrative, coordination, or junior compliance role is beneficial. Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) are required; proficiency in any of the Scandinavia languages is a considerable advantage. Your personal profile As a person, you are organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to structure information. You enjoy supporting others, coordinating tasks, and ensuring processes run efficiently. You communicate clearly and professionally and feel comfortable interacting with various stakeholders.
