What the day will look like Prepare slips, bordereaux, presentations, and technical summaries for Liability Insurance and Financial Lines placements. Update standard templates (LMA, Aon, market wording database). Organize and classify historical documentation: policies, endorsements, quotes, retrocessions. Upload and maintain documents on internal platforms Gather information from clients/ceders and structure it into clear documents for reinsurers. Prepare ratings and financial data. Assist in comparing quotes (matrices of conditions, options, limits, deductibles). Review the essential points of risk presentations. Extract key information: industry, operations, claims history, financial strength. Track the status of documents between ceding companies, Aon, and reinsurers. Basic claims analysis. Prepare weekly/monthly activity reports for the team.
