Job description

What will you do? Translate business needs into clear, actionable digital requirements. Collaborate with business, digital and IT teams to explore and implement solutions within existing HCM platforms. Drive simplification and standardization of performance and mobility processes across geographies. Benchmark external market practices and recommend enhancements to performance and mobility strategies. Partner with Rewards COE, HRDS, Digital Team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of performance strategies. Act as a subject matter expert in Performance or Mobility or benefits modules of HCM systems, preferably Oracle Fusion & Equus. Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and analytics tools to monitor performance effectiveness. Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards in performance processes. What skills and capabilities will make you successful? 8–10 years of experience in the Performance or International Mobility space. Extensive collaboration with Total Rewards & Performance Centers of Excellence (COE). Deep understanding of performance philosophy, fundamentals, and strategy execution. Hands-on experience with at least one major HCM ERP system (preferably Oracle Fusion). Fluent in English. Who will you report to? Proficiency in translating business needs into technical requirements. Expertise in digital HR tools and platforms, especially compensation and benefits modules. Experience in process improvement, standardization, and automation. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
