Shift/Hours Monday - Friday; 40 hours per week Responsibilities Responsibilities • Assist with operation of leased or owned structures, technical sites, and office facilities within allocated budget • Responsible for daily facility operations and maintenance of administration, retail, warehouse, COE, etc. • May assist with building security, energy conservation, reception and mailroom operations, office equipment and furnishing procurement • Oversee new facility plan execution and build-out • Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal and OSHA facilities related regulations • Perform basic electrical work, preventative maintenance of HVAC, basic plumbing, office furniture repairs/cleaning, basic carpentry work and conduct routine inspection of such items • Assist with reconfigurations and relocates furniture and office equipment, set up and take down of furniture/audio visual equipment for meetings and special events in house or at remote locations as required by event planning • Perform special projects such as office modifications, furniture tear-down/reconstruction, door repairs, light bulb replacements, mounting bulletin boards, white boards, TVs, pictures, etc. • Assist with coordinating vendor activity for miscellaneous repairs; contact current vendors/contractors to solicit cost estimates for minor repairs; review invoices or service tickets for accuracy and submit to leader for processing and payment • Perform ergonomic modifications to furniture/equipment as directed by Safety • Review UET work request queue daily; take action on tickets as directed and/or needed to meet SLA • Respond to emergency calls, eval Minimum Qualifications Qualification • HS diploma, GED or relevant work experience • 1 or more year of experience preferred in related field (facilities operations) • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications, i.e. Word and Excel • Excellent organizational, prioritization, multi-tasking, math, written, verbal and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization • Valid local State Drivers’ License with driving record that meets Cox standards • AS/AA or Technical Certification in related discipline desired • Certification in operating lifting equipment preferred • Experience in telecommunications industry desired • Experience operating commercial chillers, cooling towers, boilers, VFD drives and pumps • Experience operating automated Building Management Systems including Central Plant, HVAC controls and automated lighting systems Requisition Disclaimer As a woman-owned firm, Atrium values diversity.
