Logistics Inventory Support Operator

What does it feel like to be a Logistics Inventory Support Operator in Netcompany?

As a Logistics Inventory Support Operator, you will:

• Perform daily and yearly physical checks of installed IT equipment and maintain the CMDB up to date.
• Analyze gaps between physical assets and the inventory base, and carry out additional verifications when needed.
• Investigate missing items by contacting the last known user or the relevant IT team through appropriate channels.
• Record and update the inventory upon confirmation of an item’s presence, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness.
• Conduct on-site verifications, including scanning and tracking of IT assets upon request.
• Ensure proper administrative and inventory follow-up, processing all update requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with the distribution of materials during Blue Book onboarding sessions.
• Propose to DIGIT the closure of physical checks for a DG, including a documented list of items to be written off.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Knowledge of logistics processes for goods and services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and the Office suite
• Knowledge of IT consumer market products
• Ability to quickly learn and assimilate procedures
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Good command of English and French (B2 level)
• Valid Category B driving license (optional)
