Job description
As a Client Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data. You will be accountable for the performance and delivery in front of clients and commercial teams.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining the integrity and reliability of data.
- Act as a SPOC for the commercial teams locally on queries related to Operations, performance and methodology.
- Coordinating the response to clients in case of client complains related to operational performance: quality, timelines, process, etc. Collect feedback, prepare an action plan and follow-up, answer clients’ questions.
- Analyze monthly Key Quality Indicators (KQIs) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&Op) data, providing recommendations and actions to improve quality.
- Support Teams in investigating (RCA) and resolving client issues related to methodology (excluding coding and delivery issues)
- Join the overall regional Quality Management meetings.
- Coordinate agreed actions for improvement implementations with country teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics or a related field.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken at C1 level
- Proven experience in quality assurance and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- “Can do” attitude and ability to find solutions independently
