Agentic AI Developer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Agentic AI Developer with 3–4 years of experience to 

design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task 

execution. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, and building 

agent-based architectures, along with a passion for solving real-world problems using advanced 

technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design and develop agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning and task execution

● Build and integrate AI agents using LLMs, APIs, and orchestration frameworks

● Develop and optimize prompts for Generative AI models

● Work on end-to-end AI solutions including data processing, model development, and deployment

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases and implement solutions

● Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI model performance

● Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and automation frameworks

● Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI applications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 3–4 years of experience in AI/ML or related domain

● Strong knowledge of Python and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)

● Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)

● Experience with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar agent-based tools

● Understanding of NLP, deep learning, and model fine-tuning

● Experience with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and deployment pipelines

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

● Good communication and collaboration abilities

● Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related 

field
