We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to build and lead a global hiring engine that directly impacts how we scale as a company. This is not a typical recruiting role. You will be responsible for how we hire, who we hire, and how fast we can scale without compromising quality. You’ll work closely with leadership across regions to translate business priorities into hiring strategy, while building a function that is data-driven, structured, and built to scale globally.
What You’ll Own
1. Build a Global Hiring Engine
- Own hiring strategy across regions and business lines
- Drive workforce planning with leadership, not just “filling roles”, but shaping teams
- Ensure we’re hiring ahead of growth, not reacting to it
2. Raise the Bar on Talent
- Define what “great” looks like across different roles and levels
- Build strong, consistent hiring frameworks (scorecards, structured interviews, calibration)
- Improve quality of hire, especially for mid-to-senior and leadership roles
3. Lead and Elevate the TA Team
- Build and laed a team of high-performing recruiters and sourcers
- Set clear expectations on performance, ownership, and quality
- Create a culture where TA operates as a business partner, not a support function
4. Drive Data, Insights, and Accountability
- Own key hiring metrics: time-to-hire, quality of hire, conversion rates, offer acceptance
- Build visibility through dashboards and reporting for leadership
- Identify bottlenecks and fix them systematically
5. Design Scalable Systems & Processes
- Strengthen our ATS (Greenhouse) and hiring workflows
- Introduce automation and AI to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Standardise global processes while allowing flexibility across regions
6. Strengthen Employer Brand & Candidate Experience
- Shape how we show up in the market, clear, differentiated, and compelling
- Ensure every candidate interaction reflects our standards
- Partner with marketing and leadership to position us for top talent
Who You Are
- 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, with global hiring exposure
- Proven experience building and scaling TA functions in fast-growing environments
- Strong track record hiring for complex, business-critical roles
- Deep understanding of recruitment metrics, funnel optimisation, and hiring strategy
- Able to operate at both levels:
- Strategic with leadership
- Hands-on when needed
- Comfortable challenging stakeholders and raising the bar
- You think in systems, not just roles
