Context

As part of our growth in Spain, we are building a talent pool of DevOps / Cloud Engineers to support upcoming projects with major clients across different industries.

This opportunity is part of a long-term vision, going beyond a single project.

We are looking for consultants with 3–10 years of experience who are eager to work on modern cloud infrastructures, automation, and scalable environments.

Location: Full remote within Spain

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain automated infrastructure (IaC)
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments
• Work on containerized and orchestrated environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Collaborate with development and security teams
• Monitor systems, optimize performance, and ensure high availability
• Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps practices

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering
• Strong experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Solid knowledge of containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Good scripting skills (Python, Bash or similar)
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
• Comfortable working in Linux environments
• Strong communication & teamwork skills

Nice to have

• Experience in DevSecOps / security practices
• Exposure to cloud security, IAM or compliance topics
• Interest or experience in AI / MLOps environments
• Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, DevOps)
