供应商质量管理工程师---SQE

职位概述

对新供应商进行评估和审核，确保其体系管理及过程管理符合企业要求，应用PPAP工具认证新产品。同时对现有供应商实行日常过程审核，指导和督促供应商持续改善，和供应商质量、技术、工艺等部门通力合作改善已发生质量问题，并制定有效改善方案预防潜在高风险不良发生。:

工作职责

Ø  制定年度供应商审核计划，对供应商进行现场审核，并对在审核过程中发现的不合格项目进行跟踪改善，推进供应商质量控制流程的提升；

Ø  能够和供应商技术人员/质量人员/高层进行良好的沟通，组织供应商的跨部门合作，推动解决复杂的产品/流程问题；

Ø  协助供应商制定产品检验计划，推动建立有效的过程控制流程，并对供应商内部相关人员进行培训；

Ø  按月统计供应商绩效，并对不合格供应商进行整顿、改善，提升供应商产品质量，召开季度、年度质量会议；

Ø  协调公司内部部门解决现场产品质量问题，跟踪落实后续改善措施；

Ø  对于工地反馈的问题，主导推进供应商分析原因，跟踪分析报告的提交时限，并负责索要由于供应商责任所产生的费用；

Ø  参与评审新供应商的供货资质，以及按OTIS要求评估现有供应商；

Ø  熟悉PPAP流程，主导新产品的PPAP认证，和供应商制定认证计划，主动推进项目进度，满足公司内部客户的时限需求

 

职位要求

Ø  大学本科或以上教育背景

Ø  从事技术/工艺工作10年以上

Ø  熟悉并能运用基本质量工具，如柏拉图、鱼骨图分析、MSA、SPC、8D报告等

Ø  良好的沟通能力，并具备清晰的分析逻辑及决断力，敢于承担责任；

Ø  具备机械或者电机类部件的基础知识

Ø  能够指导供应商对失效部件进行分析并快速找到失效原因；

Ø  良好的英文读、写能力，并能进行日常的英文沟通；

Ø  满足公司的出差要求，包括日常供应商审核以及临时、紧急的出差任务；
