EDUCATION
- Degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience equally preferable
- Preferred: advanced degree, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred CERTIFICATIONS
- CPA or CFA WORK EXPERIENCE
- Experience in financial reporting or accounting, with exposure to large-scale financial statement preparation. FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
- Advanced knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and banking regulations
- Expertise in consolidated financial statements and financial analysis
- Proficiency in reporting software, such as Anaplan or Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications
- Ability to assess financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Familiarity with Basel III and its impact on financial reporting
- Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and audit documentation FOUNDATIONAL SKILLS

- Prepare and present financial statements for senior management and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and financial reporting regulations
- Facilitate the annual audit process with external auditors
- Validate accuracy of financial statements across global regions
- Develop reporting templates and manage sustainability-related disclosures
- Deliver financial forecasts and performance evaluations to leadership
- Submit timely reports to regulatory bodies, including the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)
