THE JOB:

As a Dancer at Coyote Ugly at New York-New York, you will bring confidence, energy, and personality to the stage while performing choreographed routines and engaging guests in a high-energy, interactive environment. You will be comfortable on the microphone, helping to hype the crowd and create an unforgettable party atmosphere. By connecting with guests and embracing the bold, lively spirit of the venue, you will play a key role in delivering an exciting experience guests will remember long after the night ends.

THE STARTING RATE: $33.00/HR

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Perform choreographed and freestyle dance routines on bar tops and stage areas
• Engage with guests to create a lively, inclusive, and entertaining environment
• Lead crowd participation moments (chants, line dancing, simple dances)
• Maintain strong awareness of safety while performing in elevated spaces
• Collaborate with bartenders and staff to support overall guest experience
• Represent the brand image with professionalism and confidence

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is 21+ years of age
• Previous experience in choreographed dance, freestyle, or go-go dancing and performing in front of large crowds preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred
• Experience in nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment environments preferred
• Ability to quickly learn choreography and adapt to music styles preferred
• Confident stage presence and crowd engagement skills preferred
