About the team

Own EMEA influencer marketing and external community engagement to raise awareness, build credibility, and drive demand across priority markets. This role identifies, manages, and activates a bench of credible security and enterprise voices, delivering measurable campaign impact through co-created content and community presence.

Location: India (working UK hours, approximately 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST)

Life at Proofpoint as a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, EMEA

• Influencer programme management: Identify, evaluate, and manage a bench of 8 to 12 credible security and enterprise influencers across EMEA. Own selection criteria, onboarding, contracts, briefs, and ongoing relationship management.
• Influencer campaign delivery: Run 4 to 5 influencer campaigns per year across priority moments, with repeatable briefs, assets, and activation playbooks. Coordinate influencer participation in report mentions, video content, webinar appearances, and event moments where relevant.
• Content co-creation: Co-create content with influencers including video content, thought leadership pieces, social posts, and campaign activations. Ensure all co-created content aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.
• External community engagement: Build and moderate company presence in external practitioner communities where relevant, including Reddit and other peer discussion forums. Translate community insights into content angles and campaign activation.
• AI-enabled workflows: Use AI tools to accelerate influencer research, content drafting, campaign reporting, and performance analysis while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Agency and vendor management: Manage agency support for influencer programmes with clear scopes, budgets, governance, and reporting.
• Impact reporting: Track outputs and outcomes including influencer reach, engagement, content performance, share of voice, and contribution to meetings and pipeline influence where measurable.

What you bring

• 6 to 8+ years in B2B marketing, influencer marketing, content marketing, or integrated programmes in enterprise technology or cybersecurity.
• Proven experience identifying, managing, and activating B2B influencer programmes end to end.
• Strong understanding of the cybersecurity and enterprise technology landscape in EMEA.
• Confident managing external relationships with influencers, creators, and community voices with high judgement and professionalism.
• Experience managing agencies and vendors end to end.
• AI fluency for content creation workflows and optimisation.
• Highly organised operator who can run multiple workstreams without creating complexity.
