Job Description
- The Mould Assembly & Qualification department in Eng&Q has a development team validate robustness of new platforms, technologies, materials and New Ways of Working. Our validation secure that we can transfer new platforms, technologies, materials and New Ways of Working into our industrialized global set-up for Qualifying moulds.
- It is our ambition to improve performance and efficiency by increasing speed in execution, create learnings for the organization upstream and improve quality and reduce productivity through validation of new platforms, technologies and New Ways of Working.
Core Responsibilities
- Change Management - Skills to facilitate changes, ensuring smooth transitions and partner agreement. Proven strong performance within change management skills, project management and team leadership, by implementation of global & cross-functional processes and New Ways of Working.
- Process Improvement: Expertise in identifying inefficiencies and implementing strategies to optimize processes using DMAIC methodology. Strong skills inside lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies, incl. converting findings on failures in injection moulds into organizational knowledge.
- Problem-Solving - Strong analytical skills to diagnose problems and develop innovative solutions that enhance performance. Building capabilities inside failure mode and trouble shooting, data mining and capability analysis, through systematic ways of working.
- Advanced Data Analysis - Proficiency in statistical tools and techniques to interpret complex data and drive decision-making. Translate trends into data through datamining, and data presentations.
- Project Leadership - Ability to lead and handle cross-functional teams to successfully implement Lean Six Sigma projects, implementation of global processes and New Ways of Working
- Critical Thinking - Capability to align Lean Six Sigma initiatives with organizational goals and long-term strategies.
- Machine Learning / AI – Understand and creation fo RealLife agents (AI) on data creation. Understand where to focus and create proactivity in data pattern.
- Building capabilities inside failure mode and trouble shooting, data mining and capability analysis, through systematic ways of working.
Are you up for the challenge?
- Experience as Quality Lead / Productivity Improvements / Management of DMAIC project / development of scientific method within trouble shooting/ converting takeaways on failures into organizational knowledge.
- Working experience within moulds, moulding processes and qualification of moulds is desirable.
- Implementation of new Lean Six Sigma Capabilities into an organization.
- ·Certified Six Sigma Black belt is a must.
- Experience with participating and succeeding through teamwork, local & global networks and cross functional teams
- Shown results in terms of quality improvements, productivity savings, failure mode models and troubleshooting guidelines.
- The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
