FSS Associate I (OTC/RTR)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive / Associate to join our Controllership team, focusing on Record to Report (RTR) operations. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid accounting foundation who are passionate about financial accuracy and process improvement. Fresh graduates with excellent academic performance are welcome to apply.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor General Ledger processes, including Reconciliations, Lease accounting, Month-end financial reporting and Inventory

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities in compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

• Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors to support audit requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.

• Support finance-related communication in different markets (CH, TW & HK) where Mandarin is an advantage.

• Prepare financial documents and correspondence in Mandarin, where required, ensuring high standards of written and verbal communication

• Take full ownership of assigned tasks and proactively identify areas for improvement.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in general accounting; fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.

• Prior experience in an auditing firm is a strong advantage.

• Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is preferred to support CH, TW & HK markets.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
