Job description

Are you a creatively driven Junior Designer with a strong fashion instinct and a sharp commercial eye?

We are looking for an emerging talent to join our Regional Assortment team—someone ready to shape globally relevant collections through a distinctly local perspective. Based at our Stockholm Head Office, this role focuses on our Equatorial markets, translating global vision into culturally nuanced, fashion-forward design with real commercial impact.

As a Junior Designer within Regional Relevance, you will work closely with Senior Designers to build curated, market-specific collections that speak directly to the customer while remaining aligned with the overarching brand direction. You will contribute to defining a modern, relevant assortment that balances creativity with wearability across diverse regions.

You will be immersed in a highly collaborative environment, working alongside a cross-functional team including Product Managers, Pattern Makers, Print Designers, Planners, Buyers, Product Developers, and Business Controllers. This role offers hands-on exposure across the full design process—from sketching and evolving collection overviews to supporting technical packs and contributing to concept development.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with:

  • A BA degree in Textile/Fashion Design
  • At least 1 year’s work experience as a Junior Designer
  • Passion and understanding of our H&M customer
  • Strong skills in Adobe Suite programs
  • Experience in 3D CLO is a plus
  • Attention to detail and fabric knowledge
  • A creative and visionary mindset for fashion
  • Strong communication skills and flexibility
  • Ability to prioritize with an organized approach
  • Enjoy working in diverse teams and contributing your perspective
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong self-drive and initiative
  • English fluency (Swedish is not necessary)
