Job Title: IT Manager - Service Owner for Data and Analytics - Finance & Commercial & IT

Location: Cracow, Hybrid (3 days a week from office)

Job Description:

The Service Owner for Data and Analytics plays a strategic leadership role overseeing the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of data ecosystem, reporting, and analytics solutions across the Finance, Commercial, and IT domains. This role ensures that our data and analytics infrastructure supports secure, scalable, compliant, and high‑performing user experiences across 50+ markets.

Acting as the primary interface between Business Process Owners, IT Domain Owners, and delivery teams, the Service Owner drives the development of advanced analytics, reporting solutions, and data architecture. This role leads a cross‑functional global team to strengthen Galderma’s data and analytics capabilities and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the service vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities across responsible domains.
  • Oversee global reporting needs, ensuring alignment between global and local reporting requirements.
  • Lead and develop cross‑functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
  • Ensure platform reliability, proactive monitoring, and incident response across data and analytics solutions.
  • Drive compliance with privacy and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, GxP) and standardize the use of tools such as Azure, Snowflake, and Power BI.
  • Plan and monitor delivery of key projects in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Act as the primary IT counterpart for all service‑related needs, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective communication.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Data & Analytics, or Data Platforms in a global matrix organization.
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Commercial, and/or IT functional domains.
  • Deep knowledge of data architecture and best‑in‑class analytics solutions and dashboard design.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and service financials.
  • Fluent in English.
