Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist for its client's Adult Social Care Team at Oxfordshire. We are seeking a motivated and proactive Locum Occupational Therapist to support Oxford City residents through a focused, short‑term project aimed at reducing the service waiting list. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys community‑based assessments and wants to make an immediate impact through a targeted piece of work.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Complete community-based functional assessments with residents across Oxford City.
- Deliver a focused caseload to support waiting list reduction.
- Recommend appropriate equipment, adaptations, and interventions based on assessed needs.
- Maintain concise, accurate documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Adult Social Care team.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist.
- Ability to travel within Oxford for home visits and assessments.
- Confident working independently and managing a focused caseload.
- Experience in community or local authority OT (desirable but not essential).
