Inside Sales Representative - ExperiGreen Lawn Care

ExperiGreen, a Turf Masters Brands Company, is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative. If you set high standards for Excellence, Integrity and Customer Service this may be the position for you!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage an assigned territory by cold calling, warm calling, requested estimates, and follow up with current clients via telephone
• Work as directed to achieve sales goals and support team members
• Offer all ExperiGreen, a Turf Masters Brands Company, services to all prospects/customers
• Accurately measure and price all areas to be serviced
• Explain the benefits and features of all ExperiGreen, a Turf Masters Brands Company, services and set realistic expectations
• Knowledge and understanding of all turf types, weed types, growth habits, disease and cycles
• Knowledge and understanding of proper cultural practices for lawns, trees, and shrubs
• Always represent ExperiGreen,a Turf Masters Brands Company, in a professional and ethical manner
• Generates additional sales revenue by cross-selling and up-selling to current customers
• Prepares and develops an effective sales pitch to build customer relationships, reinforce value-added services, and answer potential questions to overcome resistance and objections
• Quotes prices, negotiates with the customer and closes the sale
• Conducts customer retention and service calls after service is completed
• Post sales data daily
• Properly enter sales data for new accounts
• Keep all customer information confidential

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
• Must have experience in Lawn Care, Landscaping, Golf Course, Turf, or Pest Control to be considered
