We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer to identify and engage top talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and support Bolt’s hiring goals. You’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidates while ensuring a great candidate experience.

About the role

As a Talent Sourcer, you will execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels, engage candidates through tailored outreach, and build pipelines for current and future hiring needs. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers, using feedback and data to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.
Success in this role means consistently delivering strong candidate pipelines, adapting to changing hiring needs, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience.


Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, ATS, job boards, and talent communities
  • Identify and engage relevant candidates using Boolean search and multiple sourcing channels
  • Craft engaging and inclusive outreach messages aligned with Bolt's culture and opportunities
  • Own sourcing delivery for assigned roles, tracking pipeline health and adapting approach as needed
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine candidate profiles and improve sourcing effectiveness
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, including conducting initial screening conversations


About you:

  • You have proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • You have hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS/CRM platforms
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • You are able to manage multiple sourcing activities simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • You are structured and detail-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • You have a genuine interest in candidate experience and employer branding
