Job description
The Program Integration Manager supports the coordination of system integration (SI) programs within the Strategic Key Account organisation in Europe. Working closely with Key Account Managers, Solution Outsourcing teams, and Project Delivery, the role focuses on aligning scope, processes, and governance before projects move into execution.
Role responsibilities:
- Support the structuring of early‑stage key account opportunities into clear, feasible, and decision‑ready SI programs.
- Assist in defining and clarifying scope, responsibilities, dependencies, and key risks prior to execution.
- Coordinate inputs across Strategic Key Account Management, Solution Outsourcing, and Project Delivery to align assumptions, roles, and expectations early in the process.
- Facilitate structured discussions between internal stakeholders and help resolve misalignment in scope or approach.
- Support the setup of internal project management processes for SI programs, including governance structures, decision paths, and escalation routes.
- Ensure SI programs are properly integrated into Delta’s existing project management, reporting, and control frameworks.
- Contribute to the documentation, standardisation, and continuous improvement of SI processes by identifying recurring issues and supporting consistent ways of working.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, People Management, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in roles involving program-level coordination, governance, or complex organisational interfaces.
- Proven ability to operate between commercial as well as delivery organizations and drive scalable governance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with proven capability to influence without formal authority.
- High level of organizational awareness and judgment and being comfortable operating in matrix and cross-border environments.
- Willingness to travel regularly to internal teams, delivery organizations, and key project locations.
- Exposure to Building Automation, Data Centers, or mission-critical environments is an advantage.
As an innovative and global company, you are offered a friendly working atmosphere and a constructive working environment leaving much room for new possibilities and ideas. Use this opportunity and show us your motivation.
