Your Role
Key Responsibilities
• Develop new business and achieve sales targets for finished lubricants.
• Provide technical support: product recommendation, application troubleshooting, customer training.
• Plan and implement cross‑selling / upselling strategies with current distribution network and Brenntag customers.
• Maintain key customer relationships and market intelligence.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Chemical / related field.
• Experience in lubricants / industrial B2B sales + technical background.
• Capable of both technical support and business development.
• Strong cross‑selling, channel & key account management skills.
• Fluent in English & Chinese; proactive and target‑driven.
