About the Role
We’re seeking a Credit Controller to join our thriving team based in East Tamaki, Auckland. Reporting to the National Credit Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing customer accounts and ensuring timely debt recovery. You’ll collaborate closely with both internal teams and customers, working to resolve debt-related issues while providing exceptional customer service.
This is a Permanent Full-Time position, offering an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to excellence and driven to achieve results.
What We’re Looking For
If you have a passion for customer service, problem-solving, and meeting targets, this is the role for you! We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous experience managing high-volume ledgers (2000+ customers preferred)
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Advanced Excel skills and keen attention to detail
- A self-motivated, flexible, and organized approach to work
