Self Checkout & Checkout Team Member - The Warehouse, Warkworth (Part-time)

We have two permanent part-time positions available - one in Checkouts and one in Self-Checkouts. Self-Checkout shifts

• Friday: 4:00pm – 8:00pm

• Saturday: 4:00pm – 8:00pm

Checkout shifts

• Friday: 12:00pm – 4:00pm

• Saturday: 12:00pm – 4:00pm

Checkout Team Member

You’ll deliver fast, friendly service at the checkout, keeping things moving while maintaining high standards. You’ll stay calm under pressure, use technology confidently, and take pride in an organized, tidy workspace. If you enjoy working with customers in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Self-Checkout Team Member

Supporting customers through our self-checkout area, you’ll be quick on your feet, helping with scanning issues, packing bags, and guiding customers to the next available checkout. You’ll handle challenges calmly, keep the area customer-ready, and support loss prevention by raising any concerns.

He kōrero mōu ake - About you

Having experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial, but it's not essential. Good communication skills are essential, and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn is a must. Additionally, you should be comfortable standing for long periods.
