Job Description:

The Property Manager manages building operations and oversees the facility and maintenance team.
Prepares budgets (Capex/Opex) and organizes minor construction works while seeking cost-effective solutions. Communicates with suppliers and tenants, and oversees the CTP HelpDesk and subcontractor tenders.

• Responsibility for managing and ensuring the proper operation of buildings and parks.
• Leading, coordinating and controlling facility and maintanance team.
• Preparation, control of operating and investment budgets (Capex/Opex).
• Organization of minor construction works.
• During the entire project, he looks for solutions that will increase the quality and reduce the cost of the project.
• Participation in taking over and handing over the object of the lease.
• Communication with suppliers and tenants.
• Management and control of a team of facility and maintenance staff.
• Management and control of CTP HelpDesk.
• Organization, preparation and participation in tenders for subcontracts.
