About this role

We’re looking for a Corporate Concierge with a positive, easy-going working style to be the face of our Melbourne office.

Acting as the first point of contact for clients and other visitors, this is a highly interactive role where you’ll meet different people every day.

Please note attendance in the office is required 5 days per week for this role, with some flexibility to work outside of core business hours as necessary (e.g. for special events.)

Key responsibilities

  • Meet and greet clients and internal stakeholders and manage front-of-house traffic

  • Prepare, set up, and reset meeting rooms, including AV checks, operable walls, catering support, and daily run sheets

  • Issue and manage access cards, visitor passes, new starter packs, and maintain related stock

  • Support room bookings and ensure client-facing spaces are used appropriately

  • Coordinate facilities, cleaning, and maintenance requests

  • Support Work Health and Safety (WHS) activities, including first aid and warden coordination

  • Process invoices and manage office services requests and communications

  • Provide backup support to office administration, including (but not limited to) reception, telephone, WPR, stock ordering and staff kitchen duties

Skills and experience

Required

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, including a polite and friendly telephone manner

  • Excellent organisation, timekeeping and prioritisation skills

  • Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and ability to work with different styles

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a reception / office administration, hospitality or customer service role would be advantageous, although full training will be provided to the successful candidate

  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word

If you’re interested in this role but don’t feel that you match every single one of our requirements, we would still love to hear from you and explore the unique skillset and attributes that you can bring to the team.
