Job description
Scope:
- Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow programs and projects across implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives.
- Own project governance including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder management.
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and exposure to modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Portal.
- Drive delivery excellence and ensure alignment with business objectives and organizational strategy.
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure seamless coordination between business and technical stakeholders.
- Establish structured project controls, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking.
Technical Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of project management concepts and life cycle
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
- Exposure to modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Portal.
- Familiarity with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server) and third-party system interfaces.
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Understanding of ITIL processes and Service Management best practices.
- Awareness of release management, change management, and deployment cycles within ServiceNow.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope definition, milestones, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Drive requirement workshops and ensure clear documentation of business and functional requirements.
- Monitor project progress through KPIs, dashboards, and governance reviews.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies proactively.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear, consistent executive reporting.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies or stage-gate reviews as applicable.
- Ensure smooth UAT, go-live planning, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Lead vendor management, contract adherence, and performance tracking where applicable.
- Promote continuous improvement and lessons learned for future initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
- 10 years of IT experience with strong project management background.
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and exposure to modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Portal.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects (ServiceNow included).
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with executive-level exposure.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA / Implementation Specialist) are an added advantage.
