Four Seasons Hotel Miami is an urban oasis nestled in the residential side of Brickell surrounded by Miami’s favorite neighborhoods. The Hotel offers a relaxing two-acre pool terrace, Equinox Fitness Center & Spa, multi-million dollar art collection, an award winning steakhouse - EDGE Steak & Bar, and connects guests to Miami’s most alluring and vibrant destinations recommended by in-house experts.
The Opportunity
Provide general information and inquiries to all callers and is familiar with all hotel services, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, daily activities, special function, etc. Answer all incoming calls promptly with a pleasant tone of voice, using names when possible, and routing calls to proper extensions
The PBX Operator ensures that all communication channels operate flawlessly, including the resort’s phone and paging system. The Operator is responsible for providing general information about the resort and assisting callers as well as responding to emergencies connecting the appropriate individuals by phone or radio.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Spanish language.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are required.
The ideal candidate will also have a pleasant voice and a positive attitude.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
