VIP Bartender-ESJBC-Part Time

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel VIP Bartender is responsible for the preparation and servicing of all permanent and portable bars by the hotel. To serve beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. Also to prepare beverages for servers to supply guests orders. To process all billing and payment; while verifying that all dispatched drinks has been properly accounted for through our POS (Points Of Sales) system. Breaking down and securing bar station at the end of the shift.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

EDUCATION & SKILLS

• High School graduate
• Ability to speak English and Spanish

EXPERIENCE

• 2 years food and beverage VIP experience in related field
• Technical bartending experience
• Demonstrate knowledge of wines to include: Certificate of completion of wine training seminar or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hospitality experience preferred
