Job description

職缺說明:

  • 負責部門行政事務流程之溝通、整合及規劃。
  • 協助部門業務、專案計畫檢核事務和品管稽核。
  • 協助整理部門財務報表資料。
  • 負責部門收發公文,追蹤執行狀況,隨時掌控進度。
  • 負責會議安排與通知,製作會議記錄並追蹤處理決議事項。
  • 負責對外及各項跨部門、事業線之溝通聯繫事宜。
  • 完成主管交辦事項。

Job Description:

  • Responsible for communication, integration, and planning of departmental administrative processes.
  • Assist with departmental operations, project plan reviews, and quality assurance audits.
  • Assist in organizing and compiling departmental financial report data.
  • Responsible for receiving and dispatching official documents, tracking execution status, and maintaining up-to-date progress control.
  • Arrange and notify meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on the implementation of resolutions.
  • Handle external communications and liaise with other departments and business units.
  • Complete tasks assigned by supervisors.

應徵資格

  • 專科以上,科系要求不拘
  • 具有基良好的溝通能力
  • 工作上基本可用英文溝通、翻譯並做紀錄。
  • 熟稔Word、Excel、PowerPoint軟體等。
  • 具基本財務知識。
  • 個性主動積極、理解反應快、學習力強、工作細心、善於溝通協調。
  • 1到2年相關工作經驗優先考慮

Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic ability to communicate, translate, and prepare records in English at work.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of finance.
  • Proactive and positive attitude; quick to understand and respond; strong learning ability; detail-oriented; skilled in communication and coordination.
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
