ABOUT THE ROLE

About the Role

Base Power Company is looking for a Deployment Operations Specialist to manage daily operations for homebuilder partnerships. This role ensures efficient installation, timely problem resolution of goods, and provides key operational reporting. Additionally, this role will play a key part in improving and scaling these processes to support Base Power’s growth.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee installer invoices to monitor accuracy
• Tracks installer performance and creates quality reports to be shared with critical stakeholders
• Collaborates closely with Member Support, Logistics and Field Service representatives to resolve a variety of highly critical installation and coordination issues
• Owns and manages procedure to contract and track installation of soft starts in all Texas metros
• Documents operational failures and communicates areas of improvement to necessary stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years of experience in operations management or project management
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency with ERP systems and data visualization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with project management concepts and tools
• Ability to understand basic functions of hardware and communicate issues with internal and external stakeholders
• Self-starter with the ability to resolve operational challenges
• Experience creating project management workflows and task tracking tools

About the Team

The Deployment Operations team ensures Base systems are installed correctly and on time across our homebuilder partnerships. We sit between builders, installers, and internal teams to resolve issues, track performance, and turn one-off problems into scalable processes. Our work directly impacts how quickly and reliably Base can grow in new markets. This role is for someone who wants to fix real operational gaps and build systems that improve every install going forward.
