Job Overview

We are seeking a software engineer with experience working with modern AI systems—autonomous, goal oriented workflows that plan, invoke tools, and execute multi step tasks reliably in production. This role focuses on AI Integration and powerful user interface, to deliver scalable, observable, and secure AI capabilities.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven interfaces, workflows, and orchestration logic using advanced coding and programming practices, leveraging agentic architectures and LLM-based development techniques.
• Build, program, and integrate AI agents that interact with internal platforms and external systems through secure, scalable APIs.
• Develop and maintain backend services through hands-on coding in modern programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or C#, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Apply experience in AI agentic coding, programming, and autonomous systems to create adaptive, intelligent solutions.
• Establish observability, evaluation, and reliability frameworks, incorporating monitoring, logging, and debugging practices into the software development lifecycle.
• Implement strong testing strategies (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and uphold best practices in coding, programming, and production operations.
• Design and build secure, reliable service integrations with a focus on scalable programming patterns, fault tolerance, and data protection.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and data teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions through effective coding, system design, and engineering practices.
• Continuously improve system performance and reliability through iterative programming enhancements, evaluation, and feedback loops.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a related field and 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Hands on experience with AI agentic coding, LLM based development, or autonomous systems
• Proficiency in JavaScript and a modern backend language (e.g., C#, TypeScript, Python)
• Experience integrating APIs and building reliable, secure services
• Strong understanding of testing, monitoring, and production operations

Big Bonus Points if you Have

• Experience with multi agent systems or agent orchestration frameworks
• Familiarity with evaluation pipelines, guardrails, and AI observability
• Experience building AI systems for regulated or data sensitive domains

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $65.00 - $70.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
