Turner & Townsend are currently recruiting for Associates within our Natural Resources team to support our expanding New Energy & Natural Resources segment.
We are seeking out candidates to work on iconic commissions for a range of our key clients, all offering exciting career development opportunities.
A successful candidate will have demonstrable experience and ability to do the majority of the following:

- anticipate future client challenges and opportunities, driving effective change and innovating to solve problems while actively sharing best practice and learning.
- look beyond your own division, staying well informed about industry developments and demonstrating commitment to continuous learning while growing your leadership impact by deepening your understanding of the markets we influence.
- you coach and mentor others to support their career progression, identifying emerging talent and creating opportunities for their development.
- balance stakeholder needs in decision-making, promoting collaboration across the business as ‘One Business.’ and continuing to strengthen your leadership capability and influence across the organisation.
- Degree or HNC level qualification
- NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience
- Cost / commercial management experience on Energy (nuclear, renewables, transmission & distribution, oil & gas, low carbon) or Infrastructure (water / utilities / rail / roads/ aviation) projects
- Experience of working on major programmes or project portfolios
- Professional Chartership (preferable)
