You’ll work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, taking ownership of digital channels, creative production, and campaign execution across multiple platforms.

  • Oversee the development and upload of website content, including product descriptions, imagery, and video assets.

  • Produce compelling copy and content (including video) for digital and print channels: website, brochures, flyers, social media, EDMs, and paid campaigns.

  • Monitor and update online content across OTA and third‑party platforms (e.g., Booking.com).

  • Maintain and execute the social media plan across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with the marketing strategy.

  • Manage daily social media activity including posting, stories, interactions, and community engagement.

  • Stay ahead of digital trends, identifying new tools, platforms, and opportunities to enhance marketing performance.

  • Proactively develop new marketing campaigns to support hotel initiatives.

Public Relations & Brand Engagement

  • Coordinate PR events including client functions, media visits, and trade shows.

  • Pursue and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring effective use of user‑generated content.

  • Host media and influencers to support key campaigns and brand storytelling.

  • Champion PR, communications, and marketing initiatives across hotel departments.
