Job description

Overview Where accuracy meets patient care. As a HIM Tech, you play a vital role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of clinical documentation. You’ll support healthcare providers by reviewing medical records, identifying discrepancies, and promoting high-quality documentation practices. This role contributes to regulatory compliance and overall patient care by participating in audits, quality assurance activities, and process improvement initiatives. You’ll also help educate clinical staff on best practices, monitor adherence to policies, and communicate findings and recommendations—supporting continuous improvement across the organization.
