What the day will look like As a Senior Global Benefits Consultant & Team Manager, you will balance people leadership with client and project delivery responsibilities, supporting your team while managing complex Global Benefits initiatives. Manage the team’s workload in line with capacity and stakeholder priorities Mentor, engage and develop team members, balancing individual goals with business needs Take ownership of people management and related administrative responsibilities Prepare and analyze reports and metrics required by business leaders Deliver services within a Global Benefits specialization (e.g. Consulting, Brokerage, Expat) Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of services and projects Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives and implementation of new tools Support and lead GB transition, optimization, and change management projects Act as an escalation point for complex operational or stakeholder-related issues How this opportunity is different This role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on Global Benefits expertise with people leadership in a dynamic, international environment.
