Sales Engineer

1.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and potential prospects to ensure business growth.

• Study and understand product catalogs thoroughly to identify and target key customers effectively.
• Drive pipeline creation and manage leads to generate opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities to build a robust sales funnel.
• Collaborate as a team player to ensure seamless delivery of customer commitments.
• Prepare and submit proposals, advance sales opportunities, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals.
• Partner with the post-sales team to ensure smooth implementation and support collections.
• Work closely with technical and operations teams to address customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Travel required to customer sites
• Participate in events & expos
• Must be presentable and possess excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in local languages is advantageous, with Kannada being a must.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.
• A BE/BTech degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering or a MBA or a Bachelors in management degree essential.
• Must enjoy extensive calling, networking, and building relationships
• Have 1- 2 years of relevant experience
