Within the Cencora-Alloga France IT Department and the TSF-M Shared Service Center (IT service center for the Alloga BU in Europe), you will join the IT Compliance team to support the company in its strategy to deliver value through information systems for business units and laboratories, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
As an IT Compliance Analyst, you will report to the IT Compliance Process Manager of Cencora-Alloga France. In this role, you will contribute in managing and overseeing regulatory requirements and best practices related to Cencora-Alloga France's information systems in the pharmaceutical sector. You will contribute in order that IT systems comply with applicable standards, including GxP (Good Manufacturing/Distribution Practices), local and international regulations (GDPR, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GDP, GMP), key standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISAE 3402), as well as the company’s internal policies.
Main Responsibilities :
Contribute in ensuring that the activities and systems of the Alloga France IT Department comply with current regulations and standards, including GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GDP, GMP, Annex 11, GDPR, ISAE 3402, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301.
Contribute in assessing IT non-compliance risks and propose appropriate preventive/corrective measures.
Contribute in the validation of critical IT systems (CSV – Computerized System Validation) and their documentation (CSV validation of projects/changes and periodic GxP reviews).
Collaborate with IT and business teams to contribute in data traceability, security, and integrity.
Contribute in implementing IT procedures, particularly those related to controls and risk management for IT compliance, in collaboration with IT and business teams.
Contribute in managing and/or performing IT controls with IT and business teams. Examples of controls include: ISAE controls, ISO 9001 controls, application account reviews, departure reviews, audit trail reviews, backup controls, restoration controls, production chain controls, etc.
Contribute in training and awareness programs for employees on compliance requirements and promote best practices.
May be involved in contributing in mini-projects related to IT compliance.
Contribute in internal and external audits (laboratory audits, ANSM audits) and tracking any audit findings.
May be involved in contributing in the elaboration of regular compliance reports.

Profil :
You hold a degree from an engineering school or university (Master’s level or equivalent) in computer engineering, information systems, IT security, or a related field.
You are motivated, organized, attentive, proactive, dynamic, a good communicator, and a team player.
You have the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
You have knowledge of IT processes, particularly regarding IT compliance.
You have skills and/or knowledge in regulated environments such as GxP and SOX (ISAE).
You have strong risk management skills and the ability to evaluate and propose corrective/preventive actions.
You are familiar with applicable standards and regulatory norms.
You have a solid understanding of information technologies, security, data integrity, and traceability.
You demonstrate ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality.
You possess strong pedagogical skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
English is essential.
