Marsh has an exciting and challenging opportunity available in their Asia business and is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Risk Advisory consultants for the following position based in the firm’s Bangkok, Thailand office.

What can you expect?


Marsh Advisory is seeking a Risk Consultant to continue the build out of their Resilience Consulting practice across Asia. Within this key practice, Marsh Advisory is seeking an experienced professional to deliver their largest and most complex SRC projects. Typical projects include advising clients on identifying the most consequential traditional and emerging threats to their organization, developing effective responses to business disruption, designing and implementing integrated risk and resilience frameworks and providing assurance over the effectiveness of resilience arrangements.

We are seeking individuals with the following expertise – in consulting management roles:

  • Business Continuity Management

  • Crisis Management

  • Enterprise Risk Management

  • Operational Resilience

  • Risk Technology

We will count on you to:

  • Maintain knowledge of Marsh’s global current and future risk management capabilities.

  • Deliver consulting engagements by advising clients on risk management processes and technologies.

  • Develop and effectively deliver complex written and oral communications, such as proposals, technical concepts and project deliverables.

What you need to have:

  • 3+ Years progressive (and Full Time) professional experience in one or more of the disciplines outlined above.

  • Demonstrated ability of successful delivery in consulting engagement.

  • Awareness on current Risk Management related technologies, industry developments, and issues, to direct best practices and resources, in a specialty area/identified business need

  • Experience as a trusted advisor to senior client executives

  • Strong knowledge and experience of industry standards, frameworks, and regulations in risk management related areas.

  • Understanding of risk and methodologies for the quantification of loss event magnitude and probability

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline. Having a Master’s degree is a plus

  • Membership / certifications related to Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity management is preferred
