Architect, Solutions

To provide support, process activities and actions to develop roadmaps for a specific solution of the platform (e.g., Marketing Cloud / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud / Commerce Cloud in Salesforce). Perform detailed analysis and a thorough examination of various aspects of the project to ensure that the proposed solutions are viable and aligned with business objectives. Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document their specific needs and expectations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences 
• Any relevant certifications will be advantageous.

Experience: 

• 5-7 years: Demonstrated experience in a solutions architecture-based role.
• Strong knowledge of computers, networks, and various types of hardware.

Key Impact Areas:

• Assess the performance requirements of the solution, such as scalability, reliability, and response times in order to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Actively contribute to the development of detailed technical plans for a specific solution of the platform (e.g., Service Cloud) to solve business problems.
• Remain abreast of industry best practices and participate in technical research, such as technology spikes and Proof of Technology (PoT) initiatives.
• Identify the business benefits of alternative strategies and present to various stakeholders to enable effective decision-making.
• Leverage established frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) to structure views and present it to various stakeholders
