This position acts as the single point of accountability for platform‑level and operational decisions, with a strong focus on advisor experience, program integrity, and regulatory readiness.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own ongoing program end‑to‑end lifecycle management for advisory platform offerings
  • Manage platform configuration and maintenance, including models, rules, lists, and related program parameters

  • Maintain ownership of program documentation, desk procedures, and required updates
  • Lead advisor and field issue triage related to platform mechanics, operational workflows, and program design
  • Act as the single point of contact for platform and operational decisions, driving clarity, consistency, and timely resolution
  • Occasionally support Lead Product Manager with audit and exam readiness across advisory programs along with ongoing product risk assessments, monitoring, and issue remediation.

Success in This Role

  • Ensure advisory programs operate smoothly, consistently, and in alignment with documented rules, configurations, and regulatory requirements
  • Proactively identify and resolve platform, operational, or advisor‑impacting issues, minimizing disruption to the field and clients
  • Provide clear ownership and decision‑making for platform and operational matters, reducing ambiguity and improving speed to resolution
  • Maintain high‑quality, up‑to‑date program documentation, disclosures, and desk procedures that support audit, exam, and compliance readiness
  • Effectively partner with Operations, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to support governance, change management, and risk mitigation efforts
  • Anticipate the downstream impacts of product, platform, or disclosure changes and ensure changes are implemented in a controlled and well‑communicated manner
  • Earn credibility with advisors, field leadership, and internal partners through strong judgment, responsiveness, and execution discipline

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of brokerage industry experience, including 5+ years managing or supporting fee‑based or managed account offerings
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive execution in a complex environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels in a collaborative, flexible, and fast‑paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required
