What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Postgraduate studies (MBA, or specialization in sales, leadership, or digital transformation), an asset.   
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years leading sales teams in remote or digital channels (Inside Sales). 
  • Proven experience managing existing client portfolios, including retention, expansion, and loyalty strategies. 
  • Ability to design and implement remote sales strategies, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and sustainable growth. 
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience developing high-performing teams in virtual or hybrid environments. 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales platforms (Salesforce will be consider a plus). 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, in both Spanish and English. 
  • Knowledge of the B2B market in Mexico, with the ability to tailor solutions across various industries. 
  • Desirable experience in sectors such as financial services, technology, or credit information. 
  • Knowledge of the credit reporting industry is a plus. 
  • Experience in credit, collections, or risk management areas is highly desirable. 

    Impact You'll Make:

    At TransUnion México, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven B2B Inside Sales Manager to lead our Inside Sales team focused on managing and growing our existing client portfolio. Inside Sales plays a critical role in driving revenue through remote, consultative engagement—leveraging digital channels, data insights, and structured sales processes to build strong client relationships without relying on in-person interactions. This role is essential in executing cross-sell and deepening strategies, ensuring long-term client value and sustainable growth. 

     

    As a leader, you will oversee a team of account executives, guiding them to meet performance targets while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer-centricity. You will design and implement sales strategies tailored to the needs of current clients, manage contract renewals, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams—such as product, marketing, and analytics—to deliver integrated solutions and insights that strengthen client partnerships. This is a high-impact role for a sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment and is passionate about unlocking value through strategic client engagement. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement sales strategies to strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients. 
    • Lead and develop the sales team, ensuring each member meets their account retention and growth objectives. 
    • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within strategic accounts, acting as a trusted business partner. 
    • Oversee the performance of the client portfolio by analyzing sales metrics, satisfaction levels, and profitability. 
    • Negotiate and close renewal or expansion agreements, ensuring favorable terms and business continuity. 
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development to align solutions with client needs. 
    • Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio, including cross-selling and upselling initiatives. 
    • Present performance reports and forecasts to senior leadership, focusing on results and strategic opportunities. 
    • Ensure brand consistency and customer experience across all commercial touchpoints in line with company values. 
    • Stay informed about market trends and competitors to anticipate risks and adapt retention strategies accordingly. 

    This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
