Job Overview

We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant. This role focuses on administrative responsibilities and non-recruiting activities, functioning similarly to a virtual assistant supporting senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage and present data effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the VP of Compliance
  • Manage and maintain data across internal systems and tools
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Organize and present data in a clear and visually appealing format
  • Assist with cross-functional administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of information in shared systems
  • Support day-to-day operational and coordination activities

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative/virtual assistant role
  • Strong professional communication skills and executive presence
  • Experience supporting senior leadership is preferred
  • Familiarity with systems and software used for data management and information sharing
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and PivotTables
  • Ability to create visually appealing and presentation-ready Excel reports
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support a variety of tasks
  • Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid setup

  • Microsoft PowerPoint (Basic)
