Duties:
•Consistently deliver excellence in service, product presentation and venue image
•Deliver, maintain and exceed customer service quality standards as established by F&B Department
•Food Runner - Delivering food to customers while ensuring they receive the correct order
•Busser – assist the servers with clearing, sanitizing and resetting tables
•Consistently deliver excellence in service, product presentation and venue image
•Advise Supervisor of any occurrences which may compromise or be damaging to positive customer relations
•Advise Supervisor of any occurrences which may impede operational efficiency
Qualifications:
•1 years service experience in hotel / restaurant dining room / lounge
•Basic food, wine and liquor knowledge
•Smart Serve Certificate
•Food Handler Certificate
•Available to work all weekdays and weekends
Reason for vacancy: New headcount
Pay rate: $17.65 during probation and $18.65 after probation period
