Job Description

岗位职责：
1．  负责真核细胞培养、质粒转染等细胞实验；
2．  负责抗体的纯化；
3．  负责抗体的检测（浓度、纯度、内毒素等）等相关工作；
4．  负责抗体的分装及发货等相关工作；
5．  提升并完善实验室岗位的 SOP；
6．  确保实验数据的真实；
7．  配合完成一些探索性实验；
8．  主动学习新的实验岗位；
9．  遵守公司规章制备以及实验室 SOP；
10. 提升实验室岗位的协调能力来配合整个实验室流程的稳定运行。

任职资格：
1.   生命科学相关专业本科工作三年以上或者硕士工作一年以上学历；
2   有细胞培养，抗体表达等分子生物学经验者优先；
3.  有Akta使用经验，有离子疏水精纯经验者优先
4.  有双抗表达纯化及抗体表征经验者优先
5.  有大规模抗体表达纯化经验者优先
6.  热爱生命科学实验者优先；
7.  熟悉分子生物学相关基础知识；
8.  愿意学习新知识，具有发现问题，分析问题和解决问题的意识；
9.  有较强的沟通能力和团队协作能力；
10.熟练使用电脑办公软件以及有一定的英语阅读能力。

Job Responsibilities

• Perform cell experiments including eukaryotic cell culture and plasmid transfection.
• Conduct antibody purification.
• Perform antibody testing and related work, including concentration, purity, endotoxin analysis, etc.
• Handle antibody aliquoting, packaging and shipping related work.
• Improve and optimize SOPs for laboratory positions.
• Ensure the authenticity and accuracy of experimental data.
• Support the implementation of exploratory experiments.
• Proactively learn new laboratory skills and workflows.
• Comply with company regulations and laboratory SOPs.
• Enhance coordination among laboratory roles to support stable operation of overall laboratory processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in life sciences or related fields with at least 3 years of experience, or master’s degree with at least 1 year of experience.
• Experience in molecular biology such as cell culture and antibody expression is preferred.
• Experience with AKTA systems, ion exchange and hydrophobic interaction chromatography is preferred.
• Experience in bispecific antibody expression, purification and antibody characterization is preferred.
• Experience in large-scale antibody expression and purification is preferred.
• Passion for life science research and laboratory work is preferred.
• Solid foundational knowledge of molecular biology.
• Eager to learn new knowledge, with the ability to identify, analyze and solve problems.
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit.
• Proficient in office software and capable of reading English technical documents.
