土建工程师

负责项目报建及验收工作的统筹协调，以及建设阶段土建与钢结构工程的全面管理；
涵盖安全、成本、质量和进度的全过程管控，协同各方资源，确保项目目标高效且有序实现。

• 遵守和执行公司的各项安全、行为规范等规章制度, 遵守公司食品安全、质量、环境政策的要求。
• 负责土建及钢结构工程预算的编制，并协助采购部门对投标报价进行分析，提出合理化建议。
• 负责项目土建专业全过程管理工作，组织图纸会审、设计交底、施工方案审核，及时解决现场技术问题，办理设计变更及工程签证。
• 负责土建工程质量管控，对钢筋、模板、混凝土、防水等关键工序进行检查验收，落实隐蔽工程旁站及验收，监督质量问题整改闭环。
• 负责施工进度管理，编制及落实施工进度计划，跟踪现场人、机、料组织情况，协调工序穿插与交叉作业，对进度偏差及时纠偏，确保项目关键节点按期达成。
• 负责现场安全文明施工监督管理，排查安全隐患，督促施工单位落实整改措施，配合政府、公司及第三方安全检查工作。
• 负责土建材料进场验收、见证取样及送检工作，复核现场轴线、标高、定位尺寸等关键数据，管控材料使用及现场堆放秩序。
• 负责内外部协调工作，对接监理、施工、设计等单位，协调解决现场各类问题，保障施工顺利推进。
• 负责工程资料审核，督促施工、监理单位同步完善施工资料、隐蔽资料、试验资料，配合分部分项验收及竣工验收工作。
• 参与现场工程量核对、收方计量及签证核实工作，控制不合理返工与浪费。
• 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
