Delivery & Ownership (Key): Owns full lifecycle delivery of assigned initiatives, Breaks down requirements into executable deliverables. Drives work to completion, not just “development done” , Ensures quality, testing, and readiness for production, Manages dependencies and flags risks early

Hands‑On Full Stack Development: Actively codes across the stack: Backend (APIs, services, data access), Frontend (UI integration as needed), Database (SQL, performance, data integrity), Reviews and approves code, sets coding and design standards, Debugs production issues when needed

Communication & Leadership (Critical): Strong verbal and written communication, translates technical detail into clear status updates, aligns with business partners and product owners, Leads discussions, decisions, and trade‑offs, Mentors junior developers and coordinates team effort
