Responsibilities The Patient Services Representative functions as a patient services professional in a call center or clinical front desk environment. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Experience posting payments and charge entry Basic personal computer skills and comfort with Microsoft Windows operating system; database and word processing skills required Patient record documentation skills Preferred Job Requirements: A minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.
