Responsibilities The Opportunity We are looking for a hands-on leader to drive Sales Transformation by identifying gaps across our sales ecosystem and building scalable capabilities to solve them. This role goes beyond strategy — it is about designing, building and deploying new technologies, processes and capabilities that improve how Sales operates day-to-day. The ideal candidate is someone who understands Sales deeply, navigates data and technology comfortably, and has the drive to turn ideas into real solutions adopted by the business. Success in this role means becoming a go-to partner for Sales teams, driving tangible impact to the point where the business actively seeks your support. Your Impact Identify structural gaps and inefficiencies across the Sales ecosystem (tools, data, processes, execution) Design and implement new capabilities combining data, technology and process redesign Lead the development of new solutions (e.g. analytics, AI-driven initiatives, digital tools) from concept to execution Act hands-on in building and refining solutions — not only defining them Orchestrate cross-functional squads (Sales, Tech, Data, Global teams, vendors) to deliver initiatives end-to-end Ensure solutions are scalable, practical and adopted by frontline teams Continuously refine existing tools and processes to unlock additional value Act as a bridge between business needs and technical capabilities, translating opportunities into actionable initiatives Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Strong experience in Sales environments (preferably FMCG or similar) Proven ability to lead and deliver end-to-end initiatives (from idea to execution) High level of comfort with data, analytics and digital tools Hands-on mindset — ability to build, test and iterate solutions directly Strong stakeholder management across multiple functions Ability to navigate ambiguity and structure new initiatives from scratch If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
